The hugs at weddings, the mid laugh smiles, the kisses and the photos that give you all of the nostalgia for this past year. I’m so thankful that is my job and I can’t wait to see what 2018 has in store.

a weekend get-away at the Fisher family cabin in Harrison, MI. No electricity, no running water, just a tiny cabin, wood burning stove and lots of forest. xo

Fourth of July weekend we took a family vacation to Fisherman’s Island State Park on Michigan’s west side.

If you know me at all then you know one of my all time favorite places in Detroit is Belle Isle.

We did lots of walking, eating and of course drank lots of beer to bring in the New Year.

I love photographing everyone but taking pictures of friends takes the cake. XO
