Photographing at the Detroit Zoo was always on my bucket list of venues – and it did not dissapoint.

These two and their whole crew just knew how to have fun. I was non-stop taking photos and that’s how you know it’s a good day with lots of fun moments to capture at every turn.

I just really enjoyed the whole vibe of this day. It felt genuine and classic and real.

This was the kind of wedding day that called for rain the entire week leading up to it and the day-of the sky opened up and the sun shined for us all day.

I loved photographing these two holding each other close in the rainy weather.

This wedding day was the kind of day that just radiated love and peace.

Nick and Jennifer’s wedding day was filled with all the laughter, smiles and good dance moves.

I don’t like to pick favorites but this day was honestly one of my top five.

One of the best things about wedding days is that they don’t have to be a huge over the top ordeal to be meaningful and beautiful.

I loved this venue and Alex and Diana’s family came from all over the glob to celebrate their love.
