I overheard Tyler say to Melayna while they were dancing “you look so beautiful, I want to show you off” and my heart just melted.

When the back up location is Traverse City, you really can’t go wrong.

Loving the backyard weddings this year. They bring all the feels when you hold one of the most important days at your childhood home, surrounded by the most important people in your lives.

Sharing this day is bittersweet – it makes me miss being behind my camera SO SO much and also makes me excited for future weddings, big or small.

So much happiness and smiles, making my job as easy as ever.

A rainy fall wedding day in the city is what romantic photos are made of!

Erin and Stephen celebrated with a fall scene first look, a tad bit of rain (typical Michigan), a heart warming ceremony and lots and lots of beer.

No details were missed and these two had the best bridal party, smiles all around.

Denny and Zishu had the most incredible wedding day last September at the Waterview Lofts downtown. It was a mix of traditions, old and new.

The coolest couple at one of my favorite venues and a perfect summer day. Couldn’t ask for more.
