One of the best things about wedding days is that they don’t have to be a huge over the top ordeal to be meaningful and beautiful.

I really need to get better at blogging maternity sessions before the baby arrives, haha!

Two of my favorite locations (Belle Isle and MOCAD), amazing weather, ice cream sandwiches and of course a couple madly in love.

Couples who are 110% themselves throughout the whole wedding day are the absolutely best to photograph.

we chased the evening sunlight on Belle Isle and I got to know these two a bit while making them stair at each other for awkwardly amounts of time. so excited to capture their wedding this year!

150 photos later and I still feel like I could share this whole day. This was the most perfect wedding any photographer could ask for.
