second annual round of late fall mini sessions were a blast as always. although, it felt more like winter with the freezing cold temps and snow flurries.

at 11 days old I met and photographed baby Lennon.

I want to capture the essence of their youth because I sure know how much I miss mine.

I had a blast getting to know these adorable little girls and their parents. Love capturing kids just being kids.

“As a child, one has that magical capacity to move among the many eras of the earth; to see the land as an animal does; to experience the sky from the perspective of a flower or a bee; to feel the earth quiver and breathe beneath us; to know a hundred different smells of mud and listen unself- consciously to the soughing of the trees.”

I really do love photographing this family and these girls – all smiles and so much happiness.

Ella is one of those babies that is just so easy to photograph.

Don is the tiniest little man with the most perfect wrinkles and clearly a future baseball star.

I hosted another mini-session day last month and got to photograph a bunch of really cute kids.

The bond between a mom and her first baby girl is something incomparable. I loved capturing baby Ella’s beautiful blue eyes and perfect fashion sense (thanks to mama Lauren).
